We have tried to answer many common questions within this web site; however, it is not possible to list every scenario for every possible investigation. Each case is as diverse as each client. Here are a few of our most asked questions:

Do we require a contract?
Yes. You will need to sign a contract for retaining our services. For your convenience, we are listing several ways for you to obtain a copy of our Agreement. Select, open/save, print, fill out, sign and fax your signed copy to Eagle Eye's office at 704/376-2725 or toll free 866/376-2725.

How much will my investigation cost?
Each case is dependent upon your specific needs. We believe our rates are very competitive and reasonable. Eagle Eye does have set hourly fees, plus expense costs, and certain flat fees for various services. An estimate will be provided at the initial consultation.

Do we have a set daily rate for surveillance?
Yes. Please be sure to ask us about our daily and flat rates.

Do we require a retainer?
Yes. You will be advised of the amount required at the time of your initial consultation. The retainer amount will reflect the type of investigation.

Do we keep your information confidential?
Yes, absolutely. No information will be given to anyone but to yourself or to your designated representative (family member, friend, or legal representative).

Do we provide reports?
Yes. You will be supplied reports, documenting our investigative and/or surveillance findings as applicable.

Are your investigators bonded, insured and licensed?
Yes, pursuant to State regulations.

Do we have a guarantee?
Eagle Eye cannot guarantee results, however, we do guarantee to conduct every investigation ethically, fairly and objectively. With regards to surveillance, Eagle Eye cannot make the individual(s) act or perform as hoped or to have an incident to occur; but we do strive to handle every surveillance ethically and responsibly.
